Bangkok’s response focuses on the people who are at greatest risk and ensures a continuum of prevention, treatment and care services that are appropriate, accessible for Bangkok residents, other Thailand the city’s substantial migrant population. The approach empowers individuals to stay healthy and community groups from key populations to take collective ownership of programmes in order to achieve the most effective HIV response.”
